MEI MEI SHOP WEEKLY UPDATE

This is just a few updates for everyone on what is happening in store.

We are sad to say that Becky has left us to move on to another job that we are thrilled for her to have got.

She has been a fantastic staff member and freind to us all here and will be missed terribly.

Because I find it hard to find a staff member just for Sundays we will now be closing on Sundays at MEI MEI.

I am fussy to say the least, but if the right person was to come along I would consider re-opening but as it stands Saturdays are a very busy day for us and Sunday trade is mostly a day for browsing.

We are looking at opening one day later in the evening on a Friday or a Wednesday, but I will keep you updated there.

DELIVERIES

I am thrilled to say that Celine Summer is on its way, meant to arrive next week, so we will keep you posted there.

Avril Gau is not far behind, and then Ancient Greek Sandals which will be perfect for those next summer holidays to Fiji as they are inexpensive and all us girls want a pair which is a sure sign that it will run out of the store.

Fiorentini & Baker has been keeping us very busy since it has arrived, so if you are missing a good everyday boot in your wardrobe get on in and have a look.

I have also just placed a great order with a jewellery label that we have not had in for a while called Miguel Ases, these are the prettiest earrings and affordable which we all love.

Chie Mihara is also not far away, there are now photos behind the counter for you to look at what styles we are getting in.

THIS IS JUST A WEE UPDATE FOR YOU ALL ON THE DELIVERY OF FIORENTINI & BAKER.

IT IS STUCK IN THE SNOW AT THE MOMENT, AS YOU ALL KNOW THEY HAVE HAD REALLY BAD WEATHER IN ITALY, AND SO WE HAVE NOW GOT TWO DELIVERIES HELD UP OVER THERE.

THE WEATHER IS MEANT TO CLEAR BY THEN END OF THE WEEK SO WE SHOULD HAVE F & B DELIVERED NEXT WEEK.

ANCIENT GREEK SANDALS WILL NOT BE FAR AWAY, AND THE REST OF OUR SUMMER STOCK WILL FOLLOW QUITE QUICKLY.

Welcome back and Happy New Year, lets hope that this year is a good one!!!!!

Hope that you are all having a lovely break even though the weather has not been so kind to us all.

A few updates, Penelope Chilvers Winter is on its way in and due to arrive in a week, and also a small drop of Officine Creative boots that is ready.

Ancient Greek Sandals are also due to arrive in a couple of weeks, just in time for the sun that they predict will be coming end of January and heading into a really hot February.

This is just another one of my wee updates before Christmas.

We will be getting our last delivery in before Christmas from Henry Beguelin for winter, so all of you that love Henry, save your pennies, as this is a fantastic order.

Just to also let you know that we will be closed from the 25th December and will re-open on the 4th January.

I will do a text out to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and safe holidays with your families and friends.

All of us girls at mei mei look forward to seeing you again in the New Year, and thank you for all your support this year.
